How Xinjiang Trip Booking Works
A request becomes a confirmed service only after route fit, guide mode, documents, availability and optional costs are checked.
1. Send the planning facts
Share nationality, dates, usable days, gateway, group size, ages, room preference, guide language, interests, altitude concerns and longest acceptable road day. Do not send passport numbers through the public form.
2. We check route and supply fit
We compare the public route family with current local operating options. The check covers departure status, vehicle, guide mode, foreign-guest acceptance, hotels, seasonal roads and controlled-area needs. A sample itinerary is not yet a booking.
3. Receive a written quote
The quote identifies included transport, guide coverage, rooms or hotel level, named tickets where applicable, meals, optional costs, single-room supplements and the no-compulsory-shopping term. It also shows material fallbacks for seasonal roads.
4. Confirm and provide required documents securely
Payment and document deadlines are provided only after the service scope is agreed. The booking is confirmed when required funds and documents are received and the operating services are accepted.
