Planning information, not an instant booking
The routes, dates, durations, road times and service descriptions on this site are planning examples for international visitors. Submitting an inquiry does not create a booking, hold inventory or guarantee access, permits, guide language, transport, tickets or hotel acceptance.
A service becomes confirmed only after the exact scope, price, payment schedule, cancellation conditions and traveler details are agreed in writing through the quotation or booking confirmation.
Traveler information and eligibility
You are responsible for providing accurate names, nationality, dates, group details, health or mobility constraints and arrival information needed to assess the trip. You remain responsible for passports, visas, insurance and compliance with official entry and travel requirements.
Foreign-traveler rules, road access, weather, attraction operations and local procedures can change. We may revise or decline a proposed route when current conditions make the published example unsuitable.
Quotes, inclusions and payments
A quote should identify the included guide or driver service, vehicle, accommodation assumptions, entries, meals, transfers and separately priced options. Website content does not override the confirmed quote.
Payments must use the method and schedule stated in the confirmation. Never send payment-card details through the public inquiry form. Bank, card or payment-provider charges and currency conversion may be outside the quoted service price unless expressly included.
Changes, cancellations and refunds
Change, cancellation and refund conditions depend on the confirmed service and the rules of hotels, transport, attractions and local operators. The applicable deadlines and non-refundable items must be stated in the written quote or confirmation before payment.
If a material service cannot operate, we may propose a reasonable alternative, rescheduling or the remedy stated in the confirmation. Weather, road restrictions, official measures, delays and other events outside reasonable control may require itinerary changes.
No compulsory shopping
Products advertised on this site do not include compulsory retail stops used to subsidize the trip price. A market, bazaar or craft visit may be included for cultural interest, but purchasing must remain optional and must not reduce the agreed sightseeing time.
Site use and content
You may use the site for personal trip research and genuine service inquiries. Do not misuse forms, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful material or reproduce substantial site content for commercial publication without permission.
We aim to keep information useful and accurate, but public travel information can become outdated. Official notices and the written booking confirmation take priority where they conflict with an older page.
Responsibility and contact
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect loss caused by reliance on an unconfirmed itinerary example or by events outside reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.
