Information we collect

When you send a trip request, we may collect your name, email address, nationality, travel dates, gateway, group details, route interests, accessibility needs and planning notes. We also record the page and campaign that led to the request, the submitting IP address and a security-protected representation used for rate limiting, browser information and the time of submission.

Do not submit passport numbers, passport scans, payment-card details or other sensitive documents through the public inquiry form. If documents are genuinely required after a route is discussed, we will agree a separate process.

How we use information

We do not sell inquiry information. We use it only for the purposes described here, for legal or security needs, or with your permission.

• Respond to and evaluate a requested itinerary or travel service
• Check route fit, foreign-traveler requirements and supplier availability
• Transfer the inquiry into our central customer-management workflow
• Protect the site against spam, abuse and security incidents
• Measure site and campaign performance

Analytics, cookies and service providers

Google Tag Manager is used to load and manage measurement tags. Google Analytics or another tag configured through it may receive technical and usage information and may set or read cookies. Details are provided in our Cookie Policy.

Hosting, analytics, customer-management and trip-operation providers may process limited information for us. When a quote requires a local operator, hotel, guide or transport check, we share only the details reasonably needed for that check.

Retention and security

Unconfirmed inquiry records are generally retained for up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact so we can respond, prevent duplicate handling and understand prior planning. Confirmed booking, accounting, dispute or security records may be kept longer where reasonably required by the service or applicable law.

We use access controls, limited database permissions, rate limiting and protected administration tools. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices and requests

You may ask what personal information we hold about you, request correction or deletion, or object to further non-essential use. Some information may need to be retained for an active service, security record or legal obligation.

Updates

This policy may be updated when the site, analytics setup or inquiry workflow changes. The current version is effective 10 August 2026.
